The Lively Foundation
The LivelySchool, a project of The Lively Foundation, offers classes year round. Artistic Director Leslie Friedman welcomes you to classes in Mountain View, CA, or travels to your site for your school or special event.
This summer, in Mtn. View, the special three week session in July is a good way to get going. Private or small group classes are especially popular for adults who love The Best Dance Workout! Leslie’s own method.
In Winter, 2009, Leslie was invited to lecture to the Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning, at the University of San Francisco. At the end of her talk, she led the “full house” audience in seated movements.
